Rocky Road Fudge Recipe

This Rocky Road Fudge combines chocolate, nuts, and marshmallows in a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth fudge. It's ideal for any occasion and will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

• semisweet chocolate chips, 12 oz
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 10 minutes
• Cook Time: 10 minutes
• Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

• Line and grease an 8-inch square baking pan with foil.
• Combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a large saucepan.
• Cook and stir over low heat until the chips are completely melted.
• Take the pan off the heat and stir in the vanilla, walnuts, and marshmallows.
• Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
• Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
• Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil.
• Remove foil and cut fudge into 1-inch squares.
