  • Total Time: 13 minutes

Instructions

  • Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl.
  • Microwave for 1 minute on high, then stir well.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds more, stirring every 30 seconds, until completely melted and smooth.
  • Combine the caramel sauce and pecans in a mixing bowl.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula after pouring the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm.
  • Using the parchment paper as handles, remove the fudge from the baking dish.
  • Serve cut into squares.
