Chocolate Fudge with Peanuts Recipe
This rich and decadent chocolate fudge has the added crunch of chopped peanuts. It's the ideal treat for any chocolate fan.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 20 minutes
Instructions
- Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan.
- Cook, constantly stirring, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from the heat and add the chopped peanuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and evenly distribute it.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm.
- Cut the fudge into small squares after removing it from the pan.
