Candy Cane Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  • Continue to stir until the chocolate chips and butter have melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and add the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  • Incorporate the crushed candy canes.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • If desired, top the fudge with additional crushed candy canes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • Cut the fudge into small squares after removing it from the baking dish.
