Instructions

  • Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat while stirring constantly.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Melt the remaining 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Drizzle the fudge mixture with the melted semisweet chocolate.
  • Make swirls in the chocolate with a knife or toothpick.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  • When the fudge has set, lift it out of the baking dish with the parchment paper.
  • Serve the fudge cut into squares.
