These Strawberry Fudge Bars with Almonds are a tasty and nutritious dessert option. They have a healthy crust made of almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup, and a dairy-free chocolate and strawberry fudge layer that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The sliced almonds on top give the bars a nice crunch and nutty flavor.

  • Cook Time: 12 minutes
  • Total Time: 32 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine the almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine thoroughly.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely after removing from the oven.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  • Combine the almond milk and ground strawberry powder in a mixing bowl.
  • Smooth the top of the cooled crust with the chocolate mixture.
  • On top of the chocolate mixture, scatter the sliced almonds.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Slice into bars and serve once chilled and set.
