These Strawberry Fudge Bars with Almonds are a tasty and nutritious dessert option. Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
- 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely after removing from the oven.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
- Combine the almond milk and ground strawberry powder in a mixing bowl.
- Smooth the top of the cooled crust with the chocolate mixture.
- On top of the chocolate mixture, scatter the sliced almonds.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Slice into bars and serve once chilled and set.
