- Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Spread half of the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the mixture has firmed up.
- Combine the semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and salt in a separate medium saucepan.
- Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled white chocolate mixture in the baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes more, or until the mixture is set.
- Spread the remaining white chocolate mixture evenly over the semisweet chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
- When the fudge has set, remove it from the baking dish with the parchment paper as handles and cut it into small squares.
