Instructions

Using parchment paper, line an 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and white chocolate chips in a medium saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Spread half of the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the mixture has firmed up.
Combine the semisweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and salt in a separate medium saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled white chocolate mixture in the baking dish.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes more, or until the mixture is set.
Spread the remaining white chocolate mixture evenly over the semisweet chocolate layer.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.
When the fudge has set, remove it from the baking dish with the parchment paper as handles and cut it into small squares.
